See If TubShift Fits Your Market

Answer seven short questions so we can review your timing, market and launch readiness.

Built For Operators Who Want A Focused Service

Practical hands-on operators

You are comfortable with tools, careful with finish work, and you would rather do the job well than sell around it. The install itself is learnable in days, not years.

Entrepreneurs with $15K+ launch capacity

You are looking for a defined service to build a real local operation around, and you have accessible capital to equip and run it properly from day one.

Existing service businesses adding a focused offer

You already run plumbing, remodeling, handyman or mobility work and want one high-clarity offer that fits your crews and your current customer base.

How Launch Works

  1. 01

    Apply and review your market

Complete the short application. We look at whether your city and state are currently being evaluated and whether your timing and capital make a responsible launch realistic.

  2. 02

    Complete setup and hands-on practice

Work through orientation, get equipped, then complete a full practice install so your first paid job is not your first real one.

  3. 03

    Launch locally and begin installations

Once your practice install is approved, start local customer acquisition and begin taking scheduled jobs with remote quality checks on the early ones.

The Founding Operator Program

TubShift is early on purpose. Rather than publishing testimonials and results we do not have yet, the first markets are being launched deliberately so that install times, job costs, pricing and customer response can be measured and documented honestly.

Founding operators get direct access to the people building the system, and the benchmarks and case studies produced in these markets will become the reference material for everyone who follows. Nothing about that is a promise of results — it is a commitment to documenting real ones.
