When you complete the operator application we collect the information you type in: your target city and state, launch timeline, business ownership status, capital range, name, email address and phone number. We also record basic campaign parameters (such as utm_source) so we know which ad or link brought you here.
How we use it
We use your information to review whether your market is currently being evaluated, to contact you about your application, and to schedule and prepare a strategy session. We do not sell your information.
Communication consent
If you check the consent box on the application, you agree that we may contact you by phone, SMS text message and email about this opportunity, including through automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP and unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message.
Storage and sharing
Application details are handled by TubShift and the service providers that help us operate this site, communicate with applicants and schedule meetings. Those providers may only use the information to deliver services to us.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete the information you submitted by emailing hello@tubshift.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable law.
